I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in downtown Boise, Idaho—proudly born and raised here! I absolutely love this state, its rich history, and the beautiful sense of community I’ve found in my little corner above Flying M. It’s become a safe, welcoming space for healing and acceptance for all humans.

While I wouldn’t describe myself as outdoorsy, I do consider myself outsidy—I love being outside all day, then curling up with a good book when I’m back home. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, reading, crafting, and spending time with my partner, family, friends, and the absolute cutest boy in the world: my Aussie, Finnigan.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Secondary Art Education with a minor in Graphic Design from the University of Idaho. After a much-needed and beautiful break from school, I went on to earn my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest Nazarene University and graduated in 2022.
