Office and Parking

Informaton

I know it can be stressful thinking about starting counseling at a new place, finding the office in downtown Boise, and worrying about parking. I’ve tried to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible with the following directions!

A cozy living room with a large round orange rug, a white sofa with multiple pillows, a black armchair with a polka dot pillow, a beige armchair with a geometric pillow, and a wooden bookshelf filled with books and decorative items. Large windows with orange striped blinds let in natural light, with several potted plants on the window sills and shelf. A round side table and various lamps provide additional lighting.

It was important to me to create a counseling space that feels warm and inviting while also reflecting my personality. I’ve truly loved designing this space, and I’m excited to share it with my clients—a comfortable and welcoming environment where we can work together on your journey!

A cozy living room with green walls, a gray couch and two armchairs, a window with plants on the sill, a wooden side table with a lamp, and a decorative wall hanging.

My office offers a cozy waiting room where clients can enjoy water, coffee, or tea to get comfortable before their session begins. For parents of teenage clients, it's a great spot to relax while their teen is in session. The room also features puzzles and mental health books for those who want to unwind or learn more about mental well-being while they wait.

About My Office!

Curious about what those offices above the buildings in downtown Boise look like? So was I! That's why I decided to create my own cozy counseling space right in the heart of downtown in the Chandlee Building. My office is located above the charming Flying M Coffee shop in the historic district of Downtown Boise, Idaho. And here's the best part: there's free 2-hour parking conveniently attached to the building! I can't wait to welcome you to this unique and inviting space!

A street view of a two-story building with a coffee shop called Flying Espresso Coffee House on the ground floor. There are bicycles parked in front, a tree, a lamp post, and a sidewalk with some flower pots, under a clear blue sky.

Fun Facts about the Chandlee Bulilding

The Chandlee building was once called the Royal Lodging House and was “elegantly furnished.” It was reputably owned by the notorious Davis Levy, landlord of Boise’s red light district. It remained a lodging house into the 1900s. By 1906 the first floor was converted into the Commercial Cream Company, and by the 1940s served as offices for the State of Idaho.
